Shipping

We ship by Canada Post within Canada, and Canada Post + USPS to the United States. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

We are not set up to ship to locations outside of Canada / USA at this time. If you're interested in buying, and live outside of Canada / USA please join our mailing list to be notified when we have an international shipping option.

Local Pickup

If you're located in Vancouver, you have the option of picking up your synth at our workshop in East Van if you'd like to save on shipping. Enter code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout to remove the shipping charges, and we'll email you with pickup details when your order is ready. We're located just off the Adanac bike route, near Clark Drive.

Return Policy

We accept returns of all our products within 14 days of receiving them. If the items are returned damaged or showing signs of wear we may charge a restocking fee of up to half the original price of the item. Contact us to arrange a return - we will send you a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund. In the case the item arrives damaged or otherwise not in good working order, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement.
